They were so organized and knowing that we had to get a hotel once per week to take care of my son's special showering needs, they effectively did it in 3 weeks (with the exception of a NEO-angle shower rod that changed and we had to wait an extra week for that - but the shower was useable!) I lost my husband last June to cancer and couldn't do the showering on my own - now I can!!
