“WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN! Lenton Company is the only construction company we will recommend. Any type of construction done on your exciting home is stressful, but the Lenton team is able to minimize that stress to nearly nonexistent.
Rob Lenton is a master at taking your general ideas and creating a design you’ll love, and within your budget! He knows it is YOUR design and has no problem making changes instantly. Plus, he can instantly show you what those changes look like using a very cool computer program. Another incredible service Lenton offers, is the option to work with a professional interior designer who will provide all the catalogs and samples you need to help you choose fixtures, cabinets, etc.
Once everything is on paper and the contract signed, the real fun begins! We were amazed that we had a guaranteed completion date of four weeks after the start of the project. We had walls that needed to be removed, plumbing to be rerouted, and existing structure repair, all done on time. We received a call almost daily from the job foreman who let us know what had been completed that particular day, and what to expect the next day or so. He was also always available to us via cell phone when we had questions.
Each member of the Lenton crew (demolition, drywall, paint, cabinet, tile…) is a true professional. They were on time, masters at their craft, answered questions, always courteous, and clean up after themselves – never leaving a mess behind. It was exciting to come home each day to see real progress. "As you know, we are very satisfied with our newly remodeled kitchen. The entire process of conception, design, and construction went exceptionally well and you and your group are to be commended.
I have been involved with construction personally and professionally for many years and most often, the total experience is not pleasant. Contractors are usually overly optimistic and therefore schedules are seldom met. In addition, workmanship and cleanliness is usually an issue.
However, none of that was the case on this job. Cliff coordinated all the work extremely well and the work was always timely. All the artisans were very professional and did the best to keep dust and dirt from the rest of the house.
Best of all, the job was completed in the three weeks we were led to expect. Again a very good job and thanks to all."
